Hannah practises exclusively in family law, working alongside Margaret Burley on property settlements, parenting arrangements and consent orders.
She studied psychology alongside law, and brings that understanding to clients who are dealing with separation at one of the hardest times in their lives. She is careful to keep children's interests at the centre of parenting matters.
Hannah prepares matters for family dispute resolution and mediation, and appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for procedural hearings.
She joined Burley Walsh in 2019 and volunteers with a Canberra service supporting people affected by family violence.
